Barbara Jones is a consultant, coach, and training leader specializing in written and spoken business communication.

Based in New York City, Barbara has over ten years' experience with clients in consulting, financial services, non-profit, and marketing. She has served as Adjunct Professor of Business Communication at the Stern School of Business; at Columbia Business School she is principal consultant to MBA Career Services.

Barbara has worked extensively in marketing disciplines: in brand management at Nabisco, in advertising at Jordan McGrath, and in advertising sales at ABC-TV. She is also a trained actress, with performing experience in theatre, commercials, and film. (Ask her about "Meet the Parents" with Ben Stiller.)

Barbara graduated from Duke University and earned her M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
